This model depicts a Consolidated PBY-5A stationed in the South West Pacific in late 1942 to early 1943. This PBY-5A carries the early war scheme of Blue Gray over light gray. The red tail stripes and discs in the stars were painted over in mid - ’42.

This model is finished with Model Master Paint and homemade decals.
