Please note that we do not ship every day! Usually we ship about once a week. After we dispatched your items you receive a confirmation email about it. The shipping itself usually takes up to 7-10 business days in optimal case, depending on the destination. A5 and A4 size prints usually are posted in reinforced envelopes if there are now larger prints in that order. Prints with A3 size and larger are shipped in tube. Every package is dispatched with registered airmail; they have a registration number we can look after if trouble happens. Please note it's not a tracking number, but post can track it if it was delivered, or lost somewhere.

REPLACING DAMAGED PRINTS

We do everything for safe packaging, but sometimes accident happens. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately! Prints proven to be damaged are replaced with no additional charge. Please send back a part of the print in an envelope which contains a portion of the aircraft. This will prove that your print is damaged, and you destroyed it. The option is if you take a shot of the print you destroyed, and email it to us. Both of these methods proves that your print was really damaged, and you don't want to keep it. Either way you do, we'll replace your print with no additional charge.

LOST PRINTS

After we dispatched your items, it should reach you in 7-10 business days depending on your location. If it does not reach you in this time, please give 30 days for the package to arrive after you received the notification email that it has been sent! We have to wait 30 days before we can ask the post to look after it based on your package's registration number! If it's still not there after 30 days, please contact us, and we take care of it! Prints proven to be lost are replaced with no additional charge. Please contact us, and not the Credit Card company we’re working with, as that slows down the process of resolving the actual issue!
