I build this kit almost straight out of the box. With Eduard photoetch (32 109) used mostly in the cockpit and some of the cockpit control levers and knobs scratched build. The kit's gun barrel was grafted to AIRES M2 .50 cals (ae 2012) resin body and added a brass tube for the muzzle.

Gunze, Mr Color Intermediate Blue and Light Gray was used. Some drops of white with intermediate blue mixed to create the bleaching effect on the fabric control surfaces caused by the Pacific sun. The kit's decal were used after some coats of future. The fuselage star decal however did not adhere too good in the end the star was sparyed on by masking. I sealed it with Humbrol matt coat after some wash of artist's oil.
