1/48 D3A1 Val from Hasegawa. The kit is very well-detailed and I built it almost out of box. The seat belts are from Fine molds and gunsight is from Eduard. The Val belonged to Imperial Japanese Navy aircraft carrier "Shokaku" flying squadron in Coral Sea battle in May 1942.And the pilot was Captain Masao Yamaguchi.
The flight deck of "Shokaku" is from Eduard. Finished in June 4,2005.(Midway battle 63rd aniversary) The two figures are from Hasegawa and Fine molds. The details, of course, cannot be compared with those resin ones like Jaguar or SOL. But the price is also very receivable
