It is a 1/72 scale desktop model (no interior detail, built in flight) from the vintage Matchbox kit. It is finished in the markings of aircraft MB-6 from Marine Bombing Squadron 613, the only Marine squadron to use the ôHö model in combat. This aircraft, ôLove Bugö flown by 1st Lt. William J. Love was lost in action over Ponape Island in February of 1945. All six crew aboard were killed. The wreck of this aircraft was recently discovered in the jungle on Ponape.
