Spray gray primer. Don't forget to mask the frame. |

Spray dark gray first. I forgot the ratio,
but I mixed several Mr. Color paints to resemble the color of Tamiya
XF-24. I believe using acrylics on the polyester putty is not good for
wash. This photo shows masking for the white lines after the gray sprayed. |

It's same as the wash technique. Thin Tamiya enamel black to 1:10. Wash the deck with big brush, and then rub away excess enamel with gauze soaked in the enamel thinner. Draw a pattern with that gauze. |

This is the center line for the landing. You might feel it's too dirty, but please compare with the following photo. I drew this pattern with tied 3 cotton swabs. |
